What is SOLAR AJB/DCDB & ACDB

ACDB/ DCDB both are an important and necessary part of a Solar Power generating system. Junction Boxes provide extra electrical protection to the solar system during failures. Array Junction Box or DCDB provides the interconnection between the input string from the solar panels, and the output string to the solar inverter. The Array Junction box or DCDB is customized for different configurations of the solar inverter, based on the number of strings of solar panels used in the Solar Power Plant layout. It also has a surge protection device (SPD) to save your system from any surges that occur due to fault or another phenomenon. It can be easily mounted on a wall. ACBD’s operating temperature is between -25 to 60 degree Celsius. Its maximum DC Input is 1000V. Its number of DC Inputs ranges between 2-10 while the number of DC Outputs is 1. The number of terminal blocks is 2 to 20. Its Operating Condition is between -25 degrees to 60 degrees Celsius. The Junction Boxes also have a design life of 25 years

SOLAR AJB/DC Distribution Box

Direct Current Distribution Box is used to protect the solar power generating system if there is any fault during a failure on the DC side. The DC Distribution Box incorporates fuses to switch off the system during the fault, there is a surge protection device to save your system from any surges that occur due to fault or another phenomenon.

Alternative Current Distribution Box is an important part of the Solar Power generating system to provide extra electrical protection to the system during failures.AC Distribution Box incorporates 4 pole MCB. MCCB, terminals, voltage and current monitoring, etc. It has a surge protection device to ensure maximum protection of the electronic equipment. Also, the AC Distribution Box has an energy meter which helps you to know how much energy you are generating from solar energy. AC distribution box protects against failures in all the Phases on the AC side.
